Their Perspective

I am lucky 
It's what they said,
Without even knowing
What I think .
I got everything 
they said ,
Without even knowing 
what I want.
I am too quiet
They said,
Without even knowing
Why I am .
They judged me 
Without even knowing
What I am like
They said I am talent less,
Without even trying
 What can I do .
Their perspective
Is all that they care about.
Without trying to see things 
From my point of view.
They think what they see is true ,
But I think they should better have 
Tried to know me to .
Maybe this would have 
Changed their perspective,
Isn't it true?

 Topic- As we all know mental health is a big issue these days , because of depression so many people are attempting suside . Society- Many people don't know they are even suffering from depression and some just don't want to accept. In many countries ,still visiting a psychologist or telling that you are suffering from a mental disease is embarassing because people might think that you are crazy. But in some countries society is totally opposite , they may support you and make you feel better and encourage you to see a psychologist. Cure-  The best way to cure depression is to spend more time with the people you love, I know it must be hard but still give it a try and, when I said people you love it could be anyone your parents , you better half , you pet or anything/anyone. But if you find this hard then try to find some hobbies like reading , watching inspirational or romcom movies ( because they will lift your mood up) , listening to some music and so on .
